2019 Fall Break Flight Class
Learn to Jump higher, run faster, and become stronger & quicker on the basketball court! One of the most well-designed strength training programs, specifically tailored to increase the performance of middle school and high school age basketball players. This 5 day program is designed by the former Director of Strength & Conditioning for the Denver Nuggets, Steve Hess, and run by some of the top performance coaches in the region. The program includes one hour of speed/agility and jump training and one hour of basketball skills work each day. Get a head start to your basketball season.
